Returns & Exchanges

90 days to decide

If something isn't right, you have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items should be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.

How to return

1. Email contact@willamettefir.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within a few hours with a return label for you to print.
3. Pack the items securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll tell you the cost of the label before you send anything. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, the return is free and we cover the label.

Refunds

Once your return has been checked in at our warehouse, we refund your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Your bank may need a few more business days to show the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Mention it in your email and we'll set it aside while your return is on its way.

Return address

Please don't send returns without contacting us first; we'll give you the correct warehouse address and label.
