1. Overview

This website, willamettefir.com, is operated by Willamette & Fir, part of Aligno Limited (Company No. 79724392), RM 701, Unit 127, 7/F, Twr B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong ("Willamette & Fir", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to show our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Colors and textures can look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements in our size guides are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and promotions

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Prices, promotions and multi-buy savings may change at any time. Promotions apply only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and will refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your items and send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping

Standard shipping is free. Any delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the carrier. See our Shipping page for details.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Content you share

If you send us photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to Willamette & Fir or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willamette & Fir and its team from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
